Review: This was my favourite book I have read so far this year and the serise was one of the best I have ever read before I my life. There was so much action all the way through for example there was a major part to the story only three chapters in and you could have though that you were reading an ending to a book. The book doesn't slow up from start to finish. i felt so much for the chartors and the love triangle just sweaped you through the book but was not the main focus of the book. The bond between Jem and Will was shown through out this book and im going to compare to 'The mortal instruments' but Jem and wills relationship was so much stronger than Alec and Jace. It really made the story very emotional. The additional characters were also as equally developed and amazing through out this book as the main three characters. There was a little hidden message that you don't see in other young adult books there are it was like Evil can exist in the dark or the light. The ending was so unexpexcted and you sort of thought that you had been cheated out of an ending they were both winners witch dose not happen in other Young Adult books.
I cant say anything bad about this book really there are really small features that  didn't agree with but it was over all a great book. so instead I will rant about how Cassandra Clare can write this so amazingly well, This is by far one of the best book she has written, in my opinion.but i am currently reading the mortal instruments and I want to no how these books came as a spin off from them there so much better, better characters, story line and I feel it makes so much more sense than the Mortal instruments.
Best book Cassandra Clare has ever written, you have to read this book.
